You might think that it’s impossible to keep up with the new openings in Ibiza this summer, but never fear! We are here to keep you up to date with the latest news from the White Isle.
Here are 4 more brand new spots to check out when you’re in Ibiza in 2023.
El Cielo at 528 Ibiza
San Antonio
Nestled in the Benimussa Hills, 528 Ibiza is an open-air venue that is being hosted by El Cielo throughout the summer of 2023, under none other than the Pacha group. For those that know the island and its history well, this is the venue where Zoo Project parties used to take place.
The multiple stages and chill-out areas make it the perfect place to enjoy music from the likes of Camelphat, all under the Balearic sun.
Zazu
Playa d’en Bossa
Located in the resort of Playa den Bossa, beachfront venue Zazú Ibiza is an innovative gastronomic experience borne out of the passion of three Valencian food lovers. Its jungle-inspired interior and inviting view of the sea and sandy beach are complemented by an eclectic and reasonably priced menu, featuring a fusion of international flavors from fresh meats, fish, and Valencian specialties to sushi, salads, and burgers.
There’s also an extensive drinks menu, including expertly mixed cocktails, mocktails, and sangrias.
Zazú Ibiza’s unique concept marries fine dining, adept mixology, and fun entertainment, providing a 360° experience that encourages relaxed post-meal conversation, or “la sobremesa,” making it an ideal destination for quality time with friends and family.
Hotels Mondrian & Hyde
Cala Llonga
Hospitality group Ennismore, in partnership with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, have opened not one, by two hotels, Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, this summer.
Overlooking Cala Llonga bay, the seafront luxury lifestyle Mondrian Ibiza will operate seasonally from June to mid-October and offer 154 rooms, with three dining venues, including a Japanese restaurant and two swimming pools with ocean views.
The larger Hyde Ibiza will also operate seasonally and will feature 401 rooms, a swimming pool, and five food and beverage concepts, including an ocean-to-table restaurant and a chiringuito-style beach club.
Paellitas
Santa Eulalia
Paella has always been a sharing concept. You will see on almost all menus on the island that a minimum of 2 people are needed for an order. At Paellitas, however, that’s not the case. Fresh, delicious paella in single portions are available in the heart of Santa Eulalia Marina, including Rice “a banda” and multiple meat and vegetarian options.
The menu is simple, ensuring that all of the focus is on the rice dishes, which they boast as using top-quality ingredients with rice from L’Albufera in Valencia.
Where will you be heading first?
