Ibiza is a paradise for food lovers! We have so many favourites on the island, and as we move toward the 2025 season, a fresh wave of restaurants is set to make their debut, bringing new and unique dining experiences. Ibiza’s food scene is about to get even more exciting! Let’s dig into what’s new for 2025.
One of the most talked-about openings is Clap House Ibiza, landing in Talamanca and expected to open in July 2025. After winning hearts in Beirut and London, CLAP is bringing its signature blend of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine to the island. Set in a chic, Wabi-Sabi-inspired space with an upscale pool club, this venue promises a stylish atmosphere paired with a refined menu.
For those who appreciate rustic charm and farm-fresh flavours, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza in Santa Gertrudis is set to welcome guests in Spring 2025. Staying true to the Soho House philosophy, this retreat will feature a restaurant and bar focusing on farm-to-table dining, with ingredients sourced directly from its own organic garden.
San Antonio Bay is also in for a culinary upgrade with the arrival of Bonito Ibiza by O Beach, set to open in June 2025. A collaboration between NCalma Hotels and the legendary O Beach, this hotspot will house multiple dining spaces, including Bonito Restaurant for a mix of international and local dishes, and Cielito, a rooftop Mexican bar and restaurant – ideal for sunset cocktails.
Food enthusiasts, brace yourselves – Hell’s Kitchen is launching its first European location in April 2025. The Unexpected Hotel in Playa d’en Bossa is the home to this world-famous restaurant, bringing Gordon Ramsay’s signature flair to the island.
Meanwhile, fans of Brazilian barbecue will have a new go-to spot with Cãrnesa. Formerly known as Es Caliu, this rebranded eatery will introduce the island to the rich traditions of a Churrascaria Brasiliana, serving up expertly grilled meats in a lively setting. From spring 2025.
Another exciting addition is Amalurino, an elegant bistro concept from the team behind Amalur. Opening at Cana Pepeta in Spring 2025, this sophisticated spot will specialise in refined Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and served in a relaxed yet upscale setting.
After a two-year hiatus, Babylon Beach is making a comeback in 2025 – so it’s almost brand new. Now under the ownership of a British artist, the beloved beachfront spot will retain its signature laid-back charm while introducing a creative new twist – an on-site art gallery.
Bringing a slice of Italy to Ibiza, Già Sai is all about authentic flavours with a modern twist. This restaurant opened at the end of the season in 2024 in San Antonio Bay, and blends traditional Italian cooking with contemporary elegance, serving up handmade pasta, fresh seafood risotto, and perfectly crisp pizzas.
