Sed
Santa Eulalia
“Good friends don’t let you drink bad coffee”
That’s what adorns the sign outside of Sed, a new coffee and brunch spot in the heart of Santa Eulalia. Not only is it the perfect place for some of the best coffee in town, but it’s also home to a beautiful deli as well as boasting an amazing selection of natural wines.
A sister project to the incredible Hämbre Ibiza, Sed also draws inspiration from its surrounding Mediterranean locale and seasonal regional flavours sourced at “Es Mercat”, Santa Eulalia’s daily farmers market.
1742 Ibiza
Dalt Villa – Ibiza Town
Edwin Vinke, the founder and head chef of the two Michelin star-awarded Dutch restaurant De Kromme Watergang, is the mastermind behind the mind-blowing menu at 1742 Ibiza. His passion shines through in every dish he creates. Everything on the menu is made from Ibiza’s organic produce, and the kitchen is conscientious, natural, and free from preservatives.
The restaurant’s location is surreal (within the beautifully restored Palace Bardaji, at the top of Dalt Vila), with two multisensorial-designed salons, a skyline rooftop terrace with stunning views over Ibiza’s Harbour and old town, and even a secret dining room for one-of-a-kind celebrations.
1742 Ibiza is a fabulous place to indulge in the highest standard of fine dining when you’re in Ibiza. If you’re looking for something truly unique, make sure to book a table at this exclusive dining spot.
UM Beach House
Santa Eulalia
UM Beach House Ibiza is a hidden gem located at the very end of the stunning Santa Eulalia promenade. This beachside restaurant offers breathtaking views of the sea and the river that separates Santa Eulalia from its neighbouring Siesta. This space was opened by the UM group in 2022, but it has been renamed and revamped for the 2023 season.
You can indulge in fresh seafood dishes, stunning salads, hearty mains and traditional rices paired with inventive cocktails and an extensive wine selection. Not only is it a beautiful restaurant, but the perfect spot to relax and take in your surroundings whilst sipping on your favourite tipple and enjoying the entertainment that they have to offer.
Juntos House
San Mateo
If farm-to-table dining and a beautifully relaxed atmosphere is your kind of thing, then a visit to Juntos House in 2023 is a must.
Their menu is built around produce from their very own farm, as well as other locally-grown and sourced ingredients. You can visit the restaurant, courtyard, garden or cocktail bar and they also have a boutique which sells carefully selected sustainable products.
Chiringuito Manolito
Formentera
You may have previously known this beautiful beachfront eatery as Can Joana, but the new owners, Ida and Vittorio, have transformed it into an exciting new concept that is bound to delight your senses and, most importantly, tickle your tastebuds when visiting Ibiza’s sister island, Formentera.
Located on Formentera’s stunning Playa Levante, this laid-back hangout offers an eclectic menu featuring mouthwatering dishes, decadent deserts and a beautiful wine list.
Chiringuito Manolito is far from fine dining. Instead, the atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back, with stripped-back tables set up in the sand dunes and Cuban salsa music filling the air. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the beauty of Formentera.
So, which one will you decide to visit this year? No matter your choice, we know that you’ll have another amazing dining experience.
