This single-storey house is designed to follow the natural contours of the land, with different levels that adapt to the shape of the rocks below. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens into a bright dining area, which leads to a large living room bathed in natural light. Large six-metre double-glazed sliding doors open onto a covered terrace with views of the pool and expansive outdoor terraces.
The air-conditioned bedrooms are divided between two wings of the house. In the east wing, you’ll find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms that share another bathroom. The west wing contains three more bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The villa is located between Ibiza Town and Sant Josep, surrounded by natural beauty ideal for peaceful walks and cycling routes. The nearby woodland offers seasonal flora, including wild orchids and rosemary in the spring, and large mushrooms in the autumn. A variety of birds frequent the area, with regular sightings around the villa, while kingfishers and herons can be seen by the nearby ponds. Throughout the year, the gentle croaking of frogs adds to the serene atmosphere of the villa.
Can Visch is conveniently located near a secondary road that connects the south with the centre of the island. Additionally, some of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches are just a 15-minute drive away, including Sa Caleta, Cala Jondal, Las Salinas, Playa d’en Bossa, Es Cavallet, and Es Torrent, providing easy access to the island’s coastline.
