Can Almendro is modern yet cosy villa with spectacular sea views located on a gently sloping hill looking over the south west coast of Ibiza.
The villa consists of three separate buildings, the main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 identical independent guest houses each with 2 suites located at either side of the pool.
The main house opens to a sunny terrace with shaded daybeds and an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool deck and gardens below. Steps lead down to the pool terrace and lawns all of which look out to the sea. Shaded lounging and dining areas that lead from the large living room with high ceilings provide respite from the hot Mediterranean sun. The villa is fully equipped with a outdoor music system on the terraces and throughout the ground floor of the house.
In the evenings, guests can gather in the media room, which has satellite TV and dine indoors in the light and bright open-plan dining/living room.
The ground floor of the main house consists of the entrance hall, library, dining room, bar, large kitchen, utility room, guest toilet and the master suite which has a large en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The first floor offers a double bedroom with bathroom which includes a bath and shower. All bedrooms open up onto a terrace and have stunning sea views.
Each of the guest houses have a living room with a flat screen TV / kitchenette area for morning tea located in between the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower).
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have safety boxes.
