It sits on the site of an old Ibicencan country house and still features the original stone bread oven that was used to bake bread and other cakes for all the surrounding farmers. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams & exceptionally thick walls are other vestiges of historic Ibizan construction. The villa has been cared for by its owners for many years and it is decorated in a really timeless beauty and elegant style. Immaculate and cool stoneware tiles are throughout the property. Furthermore, the clever use of a light well over the hallway and staircase, along with huge doorways and windows ensure that it is filled with pleasant natural light. The sunken lounge with a built-in wraparound sofa facing an open fire is especially cosy. Upstairs, the bedrooms are real ‘rooms with a view’ each with doors leading out onto a terrace with stunning views from the bathroom – the advantage of not being overlooked.
There are 4 rustic bedrooms in the house. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 Twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have a bathroom en suite.
There are 3 complete bathrooms in all featuring shower, toiletries hair dryers and towels.
You will benefit from a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, oven, kettle, microwave and iron.
Pleasant natural light seeps through the big windows and high doors, and illuminates the living room. It is one of the coziest rooms in the house, as there is an open fire next to the wrap around sofa.
By the pool there is a BBQ where you can spend wonderful sunny days while cooking plenty of different meals, such as delicious meat, fresh fish or healthy vegetables.
There is a general cleaning offered the day of arrival, and another one at the checkout.
